Your wedding day is coming up…
Dear bride and groom, your big day has finally arrived. It’s coming up, and that storm of emotions and joy that accompanies such a special moment is about to envelop you completely, giving you the unique and intense wedding you’ve always dreamed of.
I’d like to remind you that my style—the reason you chose me—is one of authenticity and discretion, because I want to capture all those small, important moments of your special day as spontaneously as possible. I love capturing the emotions that happen naturally and authentically. I don’t want to direct or influence your day, because it belongs only to you and no one else.
In this perspective, I ask you to please read this page, where I offer a few small suggestions and directions that will help you enjoy every moment with serenity and enable me to do my best work.
EMOTION AND AUTHENTICITY
My work is based on authentic emotions and spontaneous moments. I love capturing what happens naturally, without barriers or “shields” that block emotions. I invite you to tell your family, friends, and parents to ignore me and my team and to go about the day naturally, without worrying about creating the perfect moment or posing. The beauty of your day resides in its sincerity, and I want every shot to reflect exactly that.
EVERY DETAIL IS IMPORTANT
The more information you give me before the wedding, the less I’ll need to ask on the day. Tell me everything you’ve planned, dreamed of, and imagined, even the things you think aren’t useful (they often become important in the end), because all the information you provide will help me understand what you want and how best to proceed! I’ll make sure to note everything down on the planning schedule and share it with my team!
LET’S ALL WORK WELL AND IN HARMONY
Have you chosen a professional videographer, do you have a wedding planner handling the logistics for the entire day, or have you assigned other key people to manage the various parts of the day? That’s no problem, but please give me their phone numbers early so I can contact them to coordinate schedules and plan the day’s flow—and, most importantly, so we can discuss our working methods and find common agreements that help everyone work to the best of their ability.
DISCREETNESS, ATTENTION, AND CONCENTRATION
During the day, there will be many moments when you’ll probably find me very silent.
If I don’t speak, it’s not because I’m unfriendly or because—as I always joke—I’m mute, but because at that moment I don’t feel it’s necessary to do so. To encourage your emotions to flow naturally, my main goal is not to influence what’s happening.
Don’t worry—I’ll always be there, and if you need anything, I’m at your service.
But above all, I’ll always be respectful and smiling, concentrated and attentive.
GET EVERYTHING READY AS BEST AS YOU CAN
During the shoot, I’ll pay close attention to every aspect of your day: I’ll make sure to capture the details and the decorations you’ve chosen for the church, the table settings at the restaurant, and the location and its spaces.
That’s why I ask you to prepare everything in the best possible way and with great care before the day arrives.
At home, while getting ready before the ceremony, please don’t be fully dressed yet—wait until I or my team arrive. In fact, if you’re still in the final stages of getting your hair and makeup done, that’s even better.
Think about where you’d like to get ready (if you’re not sure, choose the largest and brightest rooms in the house), so you can organize everything efficiently and have everything ready in advance.
At the church and the location, make sure everything is set up by the people you’ve designated before the wedding, so that your arrival finds everything ready and well arranged.
I’d like to remind you, however, that my priorities are always relationships and spontaneous moments: in any situation, if I have to make a choice, I’ll focus my attention on the emotion of the moment!
“GO IN”, “GO OUT”
I often have guests ask me, “Shouldn’t people be moving? Shouldn’t people be go in … ?”
I usually reply with a smile, “I don’t know—I’m here to take pictures!”
My job at your wedding isn’t to show guests to their seats for the ceremony or to seat them at the table for dinner. That job is up to any professionals involved (such as location managers or wedding planners) or people you may have designated.
If, for example, it’s important to you that everyone be in the church when you arrive, just let me know and I’ll make sure to keep an eye on it, but it’s not my job to get everyone inside.
My suggestion is to designate a friend or relative to make sure that happens.
LIVE IN THE MOMENT AND DO WHAT YOU FEEL
During the day, my staff and I will be moving around a lot among the guests and among you.
In the past, it has often happened that when I approached them, the bride and groom would freeze and look at me as if to say, “What should I do now?” or “Do you need anything?”
In that case, I want to make you feel at easy! My team and I don’t expect you to do anything in particular—other than… keep doing exactly what you’re already doing! If you’re talking, keep talking; if you’re smiling, keep smiling; if you’re crying, keep crying; if you’re hugging your best friend, keep hugging her! Enjoy the moment!
Don’t look at us and don’t ask us what you’re expected to do next! Just do what you feel like doing. We’re there to capture the here and now, to photograph whatever happens spontaneously.
If necessary, the professionals working at your wedding will come and ask you for any information at the most appropriate time. Outside of those moments, we’re like ghosts!
LET’S TAKE A MOMENT FOR YOU
Couple photos can be a lovely moment and a wonderful memories, but they should be taken in the right way and at the right time, so as not to take away from spending time with your loved ones and enjoying the party. If you’d like, when you arrive at the location, you can take about a 15-minute break from the whirlwind of emotions and the million things to do at the party, during which you’ll have a chance to spend some time just the two of you. At that moment, if you’ll let me, I’ll be able to take a few photos of the couple. Again, the more spontaneous you are and the more you forget about the camera, the better my photos will capture the reality of your relationship and your love. I’ll help you, if needed, with a few small suggestions: asking you to walk and talk, or—if you’d like—to share a little gesture of love, a small caress, a hug, or—why not?—even a kiss. I’ll photograph only what you want to show me—nothing more, nothing less.
POSING OR NOT POSING?
I think the most beautiful photos are the spontaneous ones, because they’re the ones that really tell your stories and capture your emotions.
For this reason, any group photos will be taken only at your explicit request: if you feel that some more formal shots are important to you (such as with parents, brothers and sisters, grandparents, or wedding witnesses), I’ll be happy to accommodate your needs.
Please think about what you’d like to do in this regard in the days before the wedding. In any case, I’m available to work with you to find a the betters solution for you!
I’LL BE THERE WITH YOU, WHATEVER HAPPENS
If you’ll let me, I’ll be right there with you every moment!
If your mom gets really emotional and starts crying, I’ll be there to take her picture.
If your dad gets nervous and you start discussing things, I’ll be there, on the side, taking pictures of your agitation.
If your maid of honor, in the heat of the emotion, starts making a scene by moving everything around your house for no reason, I’ll be there to capture it on camera.
If the groom cries like a baby with emotion when his future wife walks in, I’ll be right there!
If you dance wildly until you’re exhausted, I’ll be right there with you, dancing and taking pictures!
I promise, however, that if I understand that the situation calls for more privacy, I’ll be ready to put my cameras away and wait.
THIS DAY IS YOURS AND NO ONE ELSE
This day is yours: not the photographer’s, not your mom’s, not your aunt’s, and certainly not the restaurant manager’s!
The only ones who have the authority to make the final decisions are you!
Everything I’ve just written is simply suggestions and opinions based on my years of experience in this business and the stylistic choices I’ve decided to make!
I ask that you allow me to do my best to deliver the best possible results for you.
Trust the professionals you’ve chosen, but the final say and the final decision on everything always—and only—belongs to you, the bride and groom!

The big day is near!
A photograph is a story made up of light and emotions
Memory is what connects us to our past, tracing the path to our future. But memory is sometimes delicate. We’re always focused on the present, letting the rest get away from us, forgetting what we’ve learned.
I believe in photography because it has the power to capture the “here and now,” transforming it into an indelible and eternal memory, always ready to be looked at again, true to what it was.
My photographs are simply that: my interpretation of reality as it passes before my eyes and is transformed into an image, just like a ray of light that, as it passes through a crystal, is reflected and transformed.
Your wedding will be a very special day.
What makes it unique will be the emotions and feelings you feel, and the people you love who will be by your side.
That’s precisely why a wedding photograph holds a pact: between you and the photographer, between the light and the camera, between your present and your future.
Because this is your story!
Let me transform it into a narrative—a collection of memories made of light and emotions.
It’s your decision to show me who you are.
Feel free to contact me with any questions!
See you soon!
