Part 1 – The Client may withdraw from this agreement within 7 days of signing it without any charges and with a full refund of the DEPOSIT paid.
Subsequent cancellations will be regulated as follows:
– from the seventh day after signing this contract to 180 days before the date of the event, Andrea Barbieri may retain the amount of the DEPOSIT paid;
– from 179 days to 30 days before the event, Andrea Barbieri shall be entitled to payment of 50% of the total amount agreed;

– in all other cases, Andrea Barbieri shall be entitled to payment of 75% of the total amount agreed as compensation for loss of earnings.
Part 2 – In the event of changes for any reason to the date, place, the time, and the location of the wedding day, Andrea Barbieri may no longer be available and may cancel the service agreed upon in accordance with “Part 1” of Section C of this contract.
Part 3 – If it is impossible to provide the agreed service due to force majeure (acts of God) not attributable to the photographer (i.e., accidents, illness, or any other serious and certified reason or any other documented reason), Andrea Barbieri will work to secure a replacement colleague on the wedding day, to the best of his ability.

Andrea Barbieri and any of his associates work using a documentary-style approach, aimed at capturing the wedding through the reality of the day, the relationships between people, spontaneous gestures, emotions and events as they unfold naturally.
The photography will be carried out, as far as possible, without interfering with the course of events and without asking the bride and groom or the guests to strike pre-arranged poses or adopt specific attitudes. The aim is to document what happens, prioritising the spontaneity, authenticity and naturalness of the moments.
Therefore, it is not possible to guarantee that every guest or person present at the wedding will be photographed at least once, nor with the same frequency, number, type or style of photograph. The selection of subjects and moments captured depends, in fact, on how the day actually unfolds, on the situations that arise, on their narrative significance and on the operational conditions present during the event.
In particular, the working method does not include the systematic taking of posed photographs of relatives, friends or other guests. Should the bride and groom wish to have specific group photographs taken with particular people, they may expressly request these from Andrea Barbieri and any of his assistants during the day. Such photographs will be taken subject to the progress of the event, the time available and the operational conditions at the time.
In the event of a request for group photographs, Andrea Barbieri – who is not required to be aware of family relationships and/or friendships and/or other personal ties amongst all those present – will ask the bride and groom to identify the people to be included in the photograph and to verify their presence directly at the time the photograph is taken, in order to ensure the requested service is carried out correctly.
In the absence of a specific request from the bride and groom, Andrea Barbieri and his team are relieved of any liability arising from the absence of the aforementioned group photographs and/or the absence of specific individuals.
The bride and groom therefore declare that they fully agree with Andrea Barbieri’s working method and photographic style, acknowledging that the service covered by this contract does not consist of taking a predetermined number of photographs of each guest, nor of systematically taking posed photographs, but rather of creating an overall photographic narrative of the day in accordance with the documentary approach described above.
The couple’s decision to entrust Andrea Barbieri with the task of documenting their wedding therefore also constitutes acceptance of the artistic, narrative and operational characteristics of his photographic approach; as illustrated on Andrea Barbieri’s website and social media channels and in the information received, in addition to the photographic material viewed by the couple during any written, telephone, face-to-face or video call communications that took place prior to the signing of this contract.

Andrea Barbieri does not object in any way to the possible presence of wedding guests who, as amateurs, wish to take videos or photographs during the event, using the means at their disposal, provided that they do not behave in a manner that hinders the professional activities of Andrea Barbieri and his collaborators.
Therefore, all guests are asked to behave appropriately, respecting the professional activity carried out by Andrea Barbieri, with particular attention to the following guidelines:

– During the wedding ceremony, whether civil or religious, indoors or outdoors, avoid filming or taking photographs by moving from your seat and/or occupying positions that may interfere with the professional activity of Andrea Barbieri and any collaborators. In general, all guests are asked to behave in a manner appropriate to the setting in which the ceremony is taking place.

– During the day, but especially during the most important moments (entering and leaving the church, entering the reception hall, cutting the cake, throwing the bouquet, garter, first dance, and any other specifically situations), give priority to Andrea Barbieri and any collaborators in choosing the best positioning and framing for their work.
– During any photo session reserved exclusively for the bride and groom, guests are kindly asked to refrain from attending the shoot or taking their own photographs or videos, so as to ensure the session runs smoothly and successfully.
By signing this contract, the bride and groom and their guests are prohibited from commissioning other professionals to perform the same services listed above in SECTION A of this contract and any subsequent additions for the event to be held on the agreed date and time.
If this agreement is not respected, Andrea Barbieri shall be entitled to cancel this contract and to receive 75% of the total agreed amount as compensation for loss of earnings.
Andrea Barbieri and all his staff undertakes to cooperate as fully as possible with other operators present during the event who perform other professional activities (videographers; musicians; celebrants; location, catering, hotel, or other venue staff; dancers; entertainers; babysitters; dog sitters, etc.) in order to ensure that his services are performed correctly for everyone.
In this regard, please note that Andrea Barbieri and any of his team members present may be restricted in the performance of their duties by rules imposed by celebrants and/or venue managers.
